Justin Botillier is the CEO of Calyx CPA LLC in Southern Oregon. With twenty years of experience, he has committed his career to supporting small business owners. Even before cannabis was legalized for recreational use, Justin was a leading advocate for the cannabis industry within the accounting profession. In 2016, he sold his general accounting practice to concentrate solely on the cannabis sector. Justin specializes in business advisory services and strategies to mitigate the tax impacts of Section 280E on cannabis-related businesses nation-wide.


Kathryn is the principal tax professional at Macanta Corporation, a family-owned tax and consulting practice in Brooklyn, NY. She serves over 1,015 individual clients, 86 businesses, and numerous non-profits. Kathryn has also served two three-year terms on the National Board of Directors of NATP and frequently teaches for various tax organizations and associations. Her expertise has been featured in multiple tax publications, reflecting her commitment to advancing the profession and sharing knowledge with fellow tax professionals.


Kathryn Morgan has 26 years in Law Enforcement (13 in the Air Force and 13 at the Bossier City PD), 20 years doing income taxes professionally. Freelance writing of technical manuals and articles. Teaching all levels of basic tax preparation and upper level continuing education classes in the income tax profession. Representation of clients at all levels of audit from the IRS, all states and in front of the United States Tax Court. My goals now are to spend many years being my 4 grandchildren's MeeMaw, taking the absolute best care of my clients as possible, and continually learning new things.


Knox is an Enrolled Agent. He earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards .Knox is considered one of America's Tax Experts having taught practitioners all over the country. Knox’s areas of expertise include the taxation of clergy, cryptocurrency, cannabis, foreign earned income, estates (especially on the 1041 fiduciary return), S corporations, and trusts. His practice also includes tax resolution and he is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. In addition to his own practice, Knox most recently served as the Chief Tax Officer for Happy Tax (a national tax franchisor). Krish Perinkulam (PK) is the President of North Phoenix Tax Relief based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance. He is an Enrolled Agent, an NTPI Fellow®, a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, and a Certifying Acceptance Agent for ITINs.
He is also a USTCP - United States Tax Court Practitioner, admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court as a Non-Attorney.
His current practice includes Tax Controversy, Audit representation, Tax resolution, Non-Filers, and Income Tax preparation for ex-pats and visa holders. .
Beyond his practice, PK actively contributes to the EA profession. He is the President of the Arizona Society of Enrolled Agents, serves on the NAEA Education committee, specifically the NTPI Representation committee, and is a member of the EA Journal Editorial Board. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and active with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC). He is also an active speaker, presenting for organizations including AZSEA, NYSSEA, and other professional associations.


Larry has been a tax professional since 1986 with a tax planning, preparation, and representation practice in Redwood Shores, CA. Larry enjoys speaking about tax to tax and financial planning professionals. Larry received his BS in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance from UC Berkeley and MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Marc J. Dombrowski, EA specializes in IRS/State Collections Cases, settlements with the IRS, Tax Lien Releases and Corporate Officer Assessments. He has lectured since 1994 on advanced collection topics.As an Enrolled Agent, he is licensed to practice before the IRS in all 50 states. He is a former contributor to CNBC, the NAEA's EA Journal and the Wall Street Journal. He is a Level II, Level III and Graduate Level instructor with the National Tax Practice Institute. In addition to several Chapter EA speaking engagements, he has spoken for the NYS Society of EA's, Florida EA Society, Missouri Society, NJ Society, Utah EA Society and the Ohio EA Society's Annual Convention(s). Through his extensive national experience solving a variety of business & personal tax and debt problems, Marc has gained experience in resolutions to fit any situation. “There is no problem, big or small, that cannot be resolved; there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, just take the time to talk to me about it.”Marc is a graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute and a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents. Many of his national fellow practitioners call on him for his knowledge and request that he speak at various Chapter meetings across the country.


Mike has been in the tax business for over 40 years. He began working in IRScollection and then as an Office Auditor. This included temporary assignments to theAtlanta Service Center, Review Staff, and a Revenue Agent Class Instructorassignment. Upon leaving the service, he received his EA in 1989. He then worked fora tax attorney and estate planning firm before starting his own tax company in 2001.That company, Garrison Tax, has an office in Lawrenceville, GA. He currently serves onthe board of the NATP’s Georgia State Chapter.


Michael R. Miranda is the owner of MIRANDA CPA & Consulting LLC, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. With more than 49 years of experience, Michael specializes in tax consulting, estate planning, and employee benefits, serving clients with complex needs and representing them before governmental agencies. His practice focuses on niche areas of tax law and strategic planning, and he maintains an active national speaking schedule on topics including tax law, estate planning, and employee benefit strategies.
Michael serves on the Board of Directors for National Advisor Trust Companies of Kansas and South Dakota. He holds multiple professional designations: CPA, QKA and NQPA (Qualified Plan Administration), and AEP (Accredited Estate Planner). His professional affiliations include the AICPA, South Dakota CPA Society, ASPPA, NAEA, NATP, and NAEPC.
Prior to founding his firm in 2017, Michael was a senior manager and shareholder at a regional CPA firm in Northwestern Iowa for 27 years. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Tax Specialist with a Big Eight accounting firm in South Bend and Minneapolis, advising individuals and small to mid-sized businesses on tax and estate planning. Michael resides in Sioux Falls with his wife, Jeanette.
