
This Program examines tax research and documentation by covering primary and secondary authorities, levels of authority, research methodology, the IRAC framework, search techniques, authority evaluation, and communication of research results. Participants will explore tax planning and compliance research, documentation practices, and a case study illustrating research, analysis, recommendations, and reporting.

Larry enjoys speaking about tax to tax and financial planning professionals. Larry received his BS in Business Administration with emphases in Accounting and Finance from UC Berkeley and MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
